Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are per person
  • The deposit amount must be made in order to secure a date.
  • Proteins can be substituted for double portions of either Steak, Shrimp or Chicken but can’t be substituted for add-ons
  • Minimum $350 Monday – Thursday
  • Minimum $550 Friday – Sunday
  • Booking within 7 days of your event will result in a $100 additional fee
  • Full Dinner Setup includes tables, chairs, linens, and dinnerware. Drinks are not included.
  • A travel fee of $1/mile will be applied if the destination is more than 30 miles from Summerville, SC, and we can travel up to 200 miles.
  • Please let us know in advance whether we need to use stairs or elevators to ensure we can accommodate our equipment.
  • Protein choices need to be finalized a week before the event. Any changes the week of may result in additional fees.
  • In case proteins are not picked out in time, the default option is NY Strip Steak and Chicken.
  • Balance is due on the day of the event. We greatly appreciate a single payment for the balance. No separate payments, please.

Cancelation Policy

  • A full refund of the deposit is granted if cancellation is made 15 days or more before the event, minus 3% processing fees
  • A 50% refund of the deposit is granted if cancellation is made less than 15 days but not less than 7 days before the event, minus 3% processing fee.
  • The deposit becomes non-refundable if cancellation is within 7 days of the event.
  • A rain check can be requested in case of inclement weather. Tents are also available upon request for an additional fee. (Additional box)
